Customize Y Axis Scale

You can now customize the primary Y axis of your charts.

Head over to the Options tab of any chart you are editing or creating to customize the Min and Max of the primary axis.

Buyer beware: if you go this route, we cannot guarantee things will look great. You may also break best practices when it comes to visualizing data. However, we realize there are some instances when our automated axis doesn't render to customer needs. Enjoy!

Variance Reports in Dashboards & New Table Options

Variance reports got a facelift and some new functionality today. You can now embed any variance report directly into a dashboards. Just go to the Variance report and hit "Add to Dashboard"

We now allow for tables to be a 2x2 layout! When you are editing your dashboard you can now drag tables to be 2 rows in height.

Individual open counts are back!

We've heard you!

We just made individual open counts part of your Update stats again. Just hover oven the Last Opened column and it will appear.

We still stand by the fact that the data can be inaccurate because all email clients count these things differently; however, there is still value there so wanted to make sure we expose this to you!

Introducing Home

The Home section provides an activity feed to show you exactly who is engaged with your Updates, Dashboards and other content.

We like to think of it as a Twitter feed of how your investors are engaged with your business!

In this first version we’ll provide:

  • Views of Updates (from an email or link)
  • Clicks on Updates
  • Reactions to Updates
  • Views of Dashboards

Your feed will also smartly group items together based on time and the activity type. Home also provides quick actions to see your recently sent Updates, existing Update drafts as well as start a new Update from scratch or a template.

Bulk Edit Contacts

We added the ability to bulk edit your contacts. Quickly add to a list, remove from a list or delete.

Update Recipients Improved Search & Selection

We fixed an issue where if you were typing an email address to fast you might select a contact list instead.

Variance Report Paginaton

Fixed a bug where trying to click to the 2nd page of variance report metrics would re-direct to New Data Source.

Contacts Improvements

We made a visual change along side some smaller UX changes to contacts. Changes include:

  • Improved UI/UX for creating contacts and managing lists
  • Added search functionality
  • All emails that are new in an Update are now added as a contact

Why?

Expect to see a lot more insight and value about your relationships with stakeholders in the coming months!

Variance Report Setup

Setting up & managing variance reports is even easier. Go to Metrics -> New data source to create a variance report.

You'll be able to select the Metric & Forecast/Budget pair, select the respective variance metrics you want and click Save. We'll handle the calculations and create the reports for you.

You can create as many variance report as you'd like!

Protip: You can use any of the metrics in your charts & Updates as well.

New metrics section

The metrics section just got a facelift. We've combined data sources & metrics so they are one cohesive experience.

Improvements Include:

  • A unified data source to metrics experience. No more toggling between tabs and hunting for metrics.
  • Quickly see the connection of your data sources and if you need to intervene to reauthenticate.
  • Navigate between all of your data sources to create new metrics from within and make any changes.
  • Icons got a fresh coat of paint.

Let us know what you think. The entire experience should be more elegant and far less clicking than before!
